Select Windows Inc. began in 1986 simply as “Select Builders”. We were a general construction company specializing in home remodeling and window and door replacement. We quickly became window and door replacement specialists relying entirely on referrals. Quality work and customer satisfaction are why we have been able to rely so heavily on customer referrals. 

In June of 1993 we expanded by opening Select Windows Inc. a window and door showroom in Los Altos, California. Since then we have become the premier window and door source for some of the best builders and architects in northern California. We still provide the best window and door installations for the homeowners in our area. Our business volume is currently split about 50/50 with builders and homeowners. We install only within a 20 mile radius of our showroom, but we will deliver windows anywhere in northern California.

Our showroom has on display all the major types of windows (wood, aluminum clad wood, fiberglass, vinyl and aluminum). Each type has its own advantages and disadvantages and we can help you decide which type is best for your home. We are the largest volume distributor of Hurd windows in northern California. We purchase factory direct, eliminating the middle men. This means we can provide the best products at the best prices and the best service!
